Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zeus AI website builder, operated by Zeus Intelligence Systems, Inc. ("Zeus," "we," "us," or "our"), accessible at buildwithzeus.com. By creating an account or using Zeus, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

Zeus is an AI-powered website builder that allows users to create, edit, and publish professional websites using natural language. Core features include:

  • AI-assisted website generation from text prompts
  • Redesign of existing websites from a URL
  • Iterative editing via a conversational chat interface
  • Deployment to *.buildwithzeus.com subdomains and custom domains
  • Project file management, versioning, and checkpoint restoration
  • CMS (content management system) for dynamic content
  • Asset management and image uploads

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Accounts

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zeus. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@buildwithzeus.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

One Account Per User

Each person may maintain one free account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Zeus to create, publish, or distribute:

  • Content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent
  • Phishing pages, malware, or websites designed to deceive or harm users
  • Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others
  • Websites that collect personal data without proper disclosure or legal basis
  • Spam, automated content farms, or low-quality SEO manipulation sites
  • Content that violates the rights or dignity of any person
  • Anything that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law

You also agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from Zeus's AI models or infrastructure
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Zeus platform beyond what is expressly permitted
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Zeus systems or other users' accounts or data
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Zeus platform without written permission

4. Your Content

Ownership

You retain full ownership of the websites, content, and assets you create using Zeus. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your projects.

License to Us

By using Zeus, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and serve your content solely as necessary to provide the service. This includes hosting your published websites and running AI processes on your behalf.

AI-Generated Content

Websites and code generated by Zeus's AI on your behalf are your property. However, because AI models may produce similar outputs for different users, we cannot guarantee the uniqueness of generated content. You are responsible for reviewing generated websites before publishing.

Responsibility for Published Content

You are solely responsible for the content of any website you publish through Zeus. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of third parties, at our sole discretion.

5. Published Websites and Subdomains

When you publish a website, it is hosted on a subdomain of buildwithzeus.com or a custom domain you configure. You acknowledge that:

  • Published websites are publicly accessible on the internet
  • Zeus subdomain availability is not guaranteed and may change
  • We may take down published websites that violate these Terms without prior notice
  • Custom domain configuration is your responsibility; we are not liable for DNS or domain issues
  • Published websites may be cached by Cloudflare's edge network for performance

6. AI Limitations and Disclaimer

Zeus uses large language models and AI systems to generate website code and content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated output may contain errors, bugs, or imperfections and should be reviewed before publishing
  • AI models may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results
  • Zeus does not guarantee that generated websites will be free of security vulnerabilities
  • AI processing may take variable amounts of time depending on complexity and system load
  • We may change the underlying AI models used by Zeus at any time

7. Usage Limits

Free accounts are subject to usage limits including limits on the number of messages, AI steps, and projects. These limits may change over time. Users who exceed free tier limits may be prompted to upgrade or schedule a consultation.

We reserve the right to implement or modify usage limits at any time to ensure fair access for all users.

8. Intellectual Property

Zeus, the Zeus logo, and all associated branding, software, and platform infrastructure are the exclusive property of Zeus Intelligence Systems, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Zeus's trademarks, trade names, logos, or other brand features without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the platform settings. Upon deletion, your project data will be removed within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.

Upon termination, your right to use Zeus immediately ceases. Published websites may be taken offline. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zeus is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of Zeus is at your sole risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zeus Intelligence Systems, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms or your use of Zeus shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeus Intelligence Systems, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Zeus, your content, your published websites, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of Zeus shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting an in-app notice or sending an email to your registered address at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Zeus after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance.
